This is a great site, Dani, even for someone like me that doesn’t like to cook. I may actually try the rice cake, for example, and I think you’re helping me understand why cooking can be fun. It’s also very step by step, with great photos, to give those of us who are cooking-challenged the confidence to go ahead and try. My biggest problem is that I have to cook for someone who is on a low-salt, low-carbohydrate diet and I don’t have much time!! But if you’re doing everything you’re doing without an oven in the house, I guess I can’t complain. There are two ovens here and a six-burner range plus a Subzero fridge. I can just imagine what Dani could do with all that.
