Energetic Protein Shake

It has been a while since I posted my last shake recipe (the Strawberry Banana Protein Shake and the Peanut Butter Mocha Protein Shake), this doesn’t mean that I have not been experimenting new shake recipes…infact here I go today shaking you up with this delicious Energetic Protein Shake!

I think it is divine. sweet and creamy! You gotta try it! I’m telling you, it is absolutely awesome, a great way to start your day or a perfect snack before/after and intense workout.

Try it tomorrow and let me know how you felt after!

Ingredient (for 2 shakes):

  • 1 big banana
  • 1 cup of milk (skimmed)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 or 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

In your blender put the banana cut into pieces, the oats, the protein powder and the milk

Drop in the honey…yummy! Now blend it for a few minutes until smooth.

Pour it into your shake class…
