Baci (in Italian it means kiss) is a famous Italian chocolate brand. I love their chocolate balls but unfortunately they are not sold here in China. Good thing my mom has this recipe which reproduce them quite well. It’s easy and I am sure you will all love it!
Ingredients (for 40 Baci):
- 1 cup hazelnuts (250 g)
- 1 cup dark chocolate (250 g)
- 1/2 cup Nutella (200 g)
- 1/2 package of chocolate wafer
Place hazelnuts in a mixer.

Mince the hazelnuts.

In a bowl place nutella, minced hazelnuts and with your hands slowly crumble inside the wafer.

With a tablespoon mix all the ingredients together.

Get your hands slightly wet and using the chocolate cream make some small balls. (having some water on your hands will prevent the mixture to stick on you)

In a double saucepan (in a bigger saucepan pour in some water, then put a smaller one inside the bigger saucepan and place on heat. In the saucepan on top, the smallest, place the chocolate) melt chocolate and with it cover up each ball.

Let the chocolate dry and serve!
