Today I want to post this famous Italian recipe. This is one of the most popular dish in Italy as well as all over the word and it’s my boyfriend favorite one. It is really easy to make, cheap and very healty!
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 1 bottle tomato sauce – 一瓶蕃茄酱
- ¼ cup onion - ¼ 杯洋葱
- ¼ cup celery - ¼ 杯芹菜
- ¼ cup carrot – ¼ 杯胡萝卜
- 3 tbsp olive oil - 3 汤匙橄榄油
- 250 g ground beef – 250 克 碎牛肉
- 500 g spaghetti – 500克意大利面
- 1/2 glass of white wine – 1/2 杯白葡萄酒
Chop the onion, carrot and celery. In a pan add a couple of spoons of extra vergine olive oil and a couple of spoons of water. Cook on low fire till vegetables are soft.
把洋葱,萝卜,芹菜切碎。用3 汤匙橄榄油,2 汤匙水小火加热

Add the ground meat and salt. Mix it up
再放碎牛肉,1匙 盐拌匀。

Pour in half glass of dry white wine and have it evaporate.
倒入白葡萄酒。使酒精蒸发掉

Once all wine is evaporated, add the tomato sauce and salt. Cover with a lid and let cook at low-medium heat for about 30 min.
一旦所有的酒蒸发,加入番茄酱和盐。用低中火煲约30分钟。

In the meantime, put some water in a high pot and wait till it start boiling. Once it’s boiling drop in a package of spaghetti. Add salt.
另煮一锅滚水加入1小匙盐,再加入意大利面煮8~10分钟

When spaghetti are “al dente” (about 10 min), drain the water and in a big bowl mix the sauce with the pasta.Grated on top some fresh Parmesan cheese and serve.
将水控干。碗中倒入面和肉番茄酱拌匀。面上撒一些意大利干酪。

This recipe is really convenient to make and it only costs around 40 yuan for 6 servings . You can buy the tomato sauce bottle at City shop at around 14 yuan and for the parmesan cheese I used the “100% Grated Parmesan Cheese” by Kraft, the entire box (around 85g) costs 22 yuan at carrefour and just 3 yuan more at City shop. For spaghetti I always buy “Barilla” 14 yuan per package and for the meat just get the ground meat at carrefour, is cheap (10 yuan for about 250g) and pretty good.
From a nutritional standpoint, this is one of the healthiest dish ever!

In Italy we generally use beef, not pork for making meat sauce, but u cam try sure
